Saussy Burbank, Homes By Dickerson, and Loyd Builders recently debuted plans for their collection of homes uniquely designed for the 751 South community.

Saussy Burbank will introduce 12+ new floor plans that reflect the local architectural elements and the historically rich, timeless style of the past. The homes will feature open design, kitchens with expansive islands, spacious owner’s suites, some with private porches, open lofts and hardwood floors. Saussy Burbank’s homes will range from 1,800sf up to 4,000sf and range in price from high 300’s to 700’s. Each home offers unparalleled design and craftsmanship.

Homes By Dickerson created nine new floor plans to honor classic southern architecture while also recognizing the urban design of the 751 South community. The homes will feature beautiful moldings, hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, granite/quartz/marble, and more. Homes By Dickerson homes will range from 1800sf up to 2900sf and range in price from the high $300s up to $600. All homes will be high performance and crafted with the highest quality of materials and attention to detail.

Loyd Builders is currently developing three new floor plans.  The exterior and interiors of the plans will reflect the attention to detail and high level craftsmanship of a classic Loyd Builder’s home.  Focus is on main level master suites, open entertaining spaces and outdoor living.  The plans will range from about 3,200sf to over 4,000sf with anticipated price points ranging from $900,000 plus.

The model home court is currently under construction with model homes slated to open in October 2018.
