751 South is excited to be participating in the Triangle Parade of Homes this year! This free tour allows the public to see some of the best new home offerings by the top builders in the Triangle. The parade is open to the public with no registration required, so you can tour the homes at your leisure over the three weekend event.

Whether you’re seriously shopping, casually browsing, or just looking for some interior design inspo, The Parade of Homes will leave you excited and inspired about one of the Triangle’s hottest new home communities. Come tour homes by award-winning local builders Homes by Dickerson and Saussy Burbank and explore the expansive new community of 751 South. Learn more about 751 South’s parade entries below.

Homes by Dickerson’s entry is their model home, The Bennett. Situated in the center of 751 South’s model court, The Bennett is a modern and functional home plan. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open kitchen, and a bonus sunroom, this green-certified home is naturally lit and is the perfect home for gathering, entertaining, and just living.

Local builder Saussy Burbank will be offering up their plan The Stokes, for the parade. This single-family home features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an optional third floor—suitable for any type of today’s family. The Stokes is also furnished with a brilliant screened-in porch, sparking the envy of any neighbor.

Both homes are decorated with modern and striking designs, showing you the hottest new interior design trends, ideas for your own space, and great photo opportunities.

751 South’s Parade of Homes houses are centrally located in the neighborhood’s model court, but there is ample space for you to use the wide sidewalks to explore the rest of the neighborhood—from what’s already there to everything that is to come.

751 South is planned to have a 5,250 sq ft amenity center featuring a fitness center, event hall, and a resort style pool. A neighborhood grocery store, and a shopping and dining district are also planned to be within walking distance from the homes.

The Triangle Parade of Homes runs the weekends of September 28-29, October 4-6, October 11-13 from noon – 5 pm (note that the last two weekends include Fridays). We can’t wait to see you there!
